Bilge Facility Removal and Replacement

The Texas General Land Office is seeking an experienced contractor to remove and replace a bilge facility in Rockport, Texas. The project includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of existing tanks, piping, and pumps, as well as the installation of new tanks and piping. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental and safety standards. The project is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days of the notice to proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and personnel necessary to complete the project. • The contractor will be required to submit a realistic project schedule and ensure timely restoration of full system functionality. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the GLO representative and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
