Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services, is seeking a qualified individual or organization to provide Physician and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) services to the residents of Glasgow State Nursing Facility (GSNF). The selected contractor will be responsible for providing daily rounds, advising on supply and drug usage, participating in facility quality initiatives, and performing annual resident physicals. The contractor will also be required to maintain current Kentucky unlimited licenses to practice medicine and comply with all applicable federal regulations and state laws.
• Provide at least one licensed physician and one APRN to provide on-site daily services to GSNF residents.
• Ensure daily rounds are performed by a licensed physician or an APRN working under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Participate in facility quality initiatives and provide availability at all times for consultation or care of patients.
• Maintain current Kentucky unlimited licenses to practice medicine and comply with all applicable federal regulations and state laws.
