• The City estimates awarding multiple task orders totaling between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year for all services requested under this agreement.
• The contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods at the City's discretion.
• The City will select the top five ranked contractors and enter into on-call construction contracts with each.
• For specific task orders, the City will solicit project-specific bids from a minimum of three shortlisted contractors and award work based on the lowest responsive bid received.
