NARA seeks a vendor to supply, install, train staff on, and provide annual support for a single automatic/robotic book scanner to digitize bound volumes at its College Park facility.
• One scanner meeting detailed technical specifications (touch‑free page turning, 300‑400 DPI, Windows 11 compatibility, USB 3.0).
• Installation and on‑site training for up to four staff members, completed within 30 business days of equipment receipt.
• Four two‑hour training sessions over consecutive business days.
• Annual support agreement covering parts, software updates, help‑desk support (Mon‑Fri, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. ET).
• Base‑year contract with three optional one‑year extensions (total possible performance period of 4 years).
