The GPO is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver 40,000 Kraft envelopes with black one‑sided printing, packaged in boxes of 500, and shipped to an Oklahoma City warehouse by 27 August 2026. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF proof by 31 July 2026, use JCP‑specified paper, label each container with GPO Form 905, and comply with GPO Quality Level 3 inspection standards.
