The U.S. Army seeks a qualified small‑business vendor to manufacture, test, and deliver four variants of the S‑280C/G vehicle‑mounted tactical shelter (shielded/unshielded, with/without mobilizer kits) under a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract.
