Description
The U.S. Navy seeks a sole‑source contractor to provide a comprehensive “Oxford Gold Package” service and maintenance agreement for the Aztec/mics/xstream/xmax80 analytical system (Serial # SC39432). The contractor must perform one scheduled annual onsite preventive‑maintenance visit, provide unlimited priority emergency repairs, remote technical support, full parts and labor replacement per OEM specifications, and deliver firmware and software updates. All work is performed at a Navy facility in the Washington, DC area, with strict security clearance and advance notice requirements. The contract is a one‑year base period (09/26/2026‑09/25/2027) with up to four one‑year options, totaling a potential five‑year performance window.
