Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services for the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) campus in Boise, Idaho. The contract will be for a period of four years, from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2030. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of landscape services, including pest control and fertilizer application. The solicitation includes a statement of work, a price schedule, and requirements for past performance references and a work plan.
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
* The contractor must comply with Wage Determination No. 2015-5503 Rev 28 Dated 05/13/2026.
* The contractor must provide a completed and signed Standard Form 1449 and all solicitation amendments.
* The contractor must provide a work plan demonstrating technical capability to perform all aspects of the statement of work.
* The contractor must provide three past performance references.
* The contractor must provide a completed price schedule.
