Remodel Kitchen and Replace Flooring at USCG Station Lake Tahoe

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to remodel a kitchen and replace flooring at the USCG Station Lake Tahoe. The project includes removing and replacing the range, cabinets, sink, and countertops, as well as removing existing mixed flooring and installing new commercial-grade hardwearing LVP. The contractor will need to coordinate with the technical point of contact to schedule the work in a manner that minimizes impact to the crew and does not affect operations. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The contractor will need to ensure that all work is done in accordance with the Statement of Work and the contract. • The contractor will need to coordinate with the technical point of contact to schedule the work. • The contractor will need to ensure that all construction areas are cleaned up daily and returned to their original condition at the completion of the project.
