Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and primary switchgear for the Oaks Correctional Facility. The project includes the installation of these electrical systems, as well as turf and grass maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. The key aspects of the project include:
• Installation of a generator, ATS, and primary switchgear
• Turf and grass maintenance, including seeding, fertilizing, and mowing
• Compliance with contract documents and specifications
• Coordination with the Owner's operations and other parties in proximity to the work
