Project Description: Roosevelt Hall Renovation Project & heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades at Brooklyn College. This project scope includes the renovation of select interior rooms and associated support spaces across multiple floors, including lecture halls, classrooms, computer laboratories, music rooms, locker rooms, and related ancillary spaces, encompassing an approximate total area of 23,000 SF. Work also includes the provision of new HVAC systems serving the rooms within the Project scope

Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
Labor Affiliation: PLA/UNION
RFI Deadline: Tuesday January 21, 2026 @ 5PM
Subcontractor Bid Due Date: All proposals from bidding vendors must be submitted to Vernon no later than Thursday February 5th, 2026 end of business day (5PM).

Selective demolition, asbestos, concrete, metals, architectural woodwork, water-proofing, fire protection, doors & hardware, glass and glazing, carpentry, drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, painting, visual display units, signage, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, teledata and communication, fire alarm
