Distribution Center Stock and Supplies

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the BISD Distribution Center Stock and Supplies. This contract is for the purchase of bulk office, classroom, warehouse, and facility management supplies to support districtwide operations. The total estimated contract on an annual basis is $97,114.29. The contract term is from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The contract includes services and items subject to maximum purchasing limits established by CH Legal and BISD Board Policy. • Awarded vendors are required to provide firm pricing from the date of contract execution. • The District reserves the right to accept or reject any requested pricing adjustments. • The contract may be terminated if an agreement regarding pricing cannot be reached. • The District may terminate the contract if the vendor fails to comply with the requirements of Texas Government Code Ann. Chapter 552, Subchapter J.
