RFQ for Compact Loader With Bucket and Forks

The City of West Fargo Public Works Department is requesting quotes for one compact loader with a bucket and forks. The loader should be a new current year model, and the vendor must provide evidence of adherence to the specifications. The bid should include the cost, warranty period, and delivery date. The city reserves the right to cancel the request for quote, reject any or all quotes, and negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any vendor. • The compact loader should have a minimum of six cylinders, be water-cooled and turbocharged, and meet Tier 4 Final Emission Standards. • The transmission should have four speed ranges, an audible backup alarm, and a hydrostatic transmission with an in-cab controlled variable traction control system. • The loader should be equipped with an automatic bucket positioner, an automatic lift kickout, and a hydraulic quick coupler. • The cab should be designed with sound suppression, a factory-installed air conditioning, and a pressurized cab with an air filter. • The loader should have required gauges, such as engine coolant temperature, fuel level, and hydraulic oil temperature, and required lights, such as LED lights, front-mounted headlights, and rear cab-mounted work lights.
