Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for pest and rodent control services for the Elephant Hill Modulars at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument. The contract term will be from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2029. The contractor will be required to provide pest control services, including four applications per year, and rodent control services, including inspecting and servicing six bait stations and six mouse traps per week. The contractor must have all necessary licenses and permits, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials.
• The contractor will be required to perform the services during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and state and federal holidays.
• The contractor will be required to provide a fillable excel sheet of the bid forms as an attachment to their bid.
• The contractor will be required to submit all documents listed in the Bidder’s Checklist attached to the solicitation package.
