Description
The State of Louisiana, through the Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for Armed Security Guard Services for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The total contract term cannot exceed 36 months. The bidder must be licensed with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners to be considered for the award.
• The services will be provided at the Caddo Parish Rest and Welcome Center, I-20 Eastbound, Greenwood, LA 71033.
• The bidder must submit current license along with their bid.
• The bid prices must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or cause.
