The contract will be awarded on a “lowest‑price” basis, with an initial 12‑month term and up to four optional one‑year extensions. Delivery must occur within 30 days of purchase order issuance and only on weekdays or state holidays, with the supplier responsible for unloading and any re‑delivery costs.
