Description
The City of Cleveland’s Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified vendor to provide OEM‑grade General Motors‑Chevrolet parts, labor, and related services for the city’s fleet of cars, light‑duty and medium‑duty trucks. The contract is a requirement‑type purchase with a one‑year base term and two optional one‑year renewals. Bidders must demonstrate ASE Master certifications, CDL‑qualified drivers, and the ability to deliver parts within 24 hours of order receipt, as well as meet extensive insurance, bonding, and equal‑opportunity requirements.
• Provide OEM‑qualified GM/Chevrolet parts listed on the latest GM price list (estimated $75,000).
• Deliver labor services using ASE‑Master technicians (minimum staffing levels specified) within 24‑48 hours of authorization.
• Supply pickup/delivery services, maintain a stocked warehouse, and meet warranty, insurance, and performance‑bond obligations.
