Description
The project involves replacing the existing 2.1 million BTU hot water boiler at the Pueblo Regional Center due to its age and deteriorating condition. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing boiler and associated components, and installation of a new boiler system. The intent is to install a like-for-like replacement whenever possible, but modifications to the existing piping, venting, electrical, gas, and control systems may be required to accommodate the new boiler.
