Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and services for the New James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center. The contract includes a site visit on Tuesday, March 17th at 0900 AM, and all questions must be submitted by 3/19/2026. The response due date for quotes is 3/25/2026 at 13:00 CT. The contractor will be required to provide grounds maintenance services, including but not limited to, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
• The contractor must have experience in providing grounds maintenance services to large facilities.
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services.
• The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive plan for grounds maintenance, including but not limited to, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor must be able to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
