ITB 26-715 New and Retread Tires

The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide new and retread tires. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The bidder must comply with all specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the ITB. Some key points to consider include: • The bidder must be responsive to all aspects of the ITB • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and/or ACORD Form with the solicitation submittal and upon award • The bidder must comply with the Georgia Open Records Act • The bidder must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability • The bidder must provide a warranty/guarantee for the goods and services provided • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and employment
