Janitorial Services @ FO6

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine janitorial services at 1023 West Madison Street, Washington, Iowa. Services will be performed on a weekly basis, with certain tasks completed midweek and/or periodically as needed. The successful respondent will be required to supply and store off-site all necessary equipment and cleaning solutions to complete the tasks. Key responsibilities include floor maintenance, restroom sanitation, surface dusting and disinfection, waste management, and periodic cleaning services. • The contract is expected to have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six years. • The DNR will evaluate proposals based on cost, respondent's professional experience, performance record, and reference. • The successful respondent will be required to maintain insurance coverage and comply with all mandatory specifications. • The DNR reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate contract terms with the successful respondent.
