Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide full‑service cleaning for its Willows Area Office (approximately 5,785 sq ft). Work will be performed five days a week during normal business hours, covering general office areas, restrooms, and exterior/parking lot upkeep. The contract runs for a twelve‑month period beginning November 1 2026, with one optional extension, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bid after mandatory walk‑through attendance.
• Scope includes carpet cleaning, floor stripping/waxing, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and basic light‑bulb replacement.
