Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease retail space in Glendale, AZ, for an Armed Forces Career Center. The space must be approximately 1,100 to 1,300 square feet and meet specific requirements, including having a primary and secondary point of ingress/egress, providing lighted parking, and being located in a defined area. The lease term will be for a maximum of 5 years, with government termination rights. Interested respondents must submit a proposal, including an initialed draft lease document, a completed proposal to lease space form, and other supporting documents.
• The space must be Class A or B retail space.
• The space must be located within the defined Delineated Area (DA) boundaries.
• The space must have adequate mass transit for the public within three walking blocks.
• The space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
• The lease term will be for a maximum of 5 years, with government termination rights.
