A single source amendment to add the “mTilda” subscription software modules and services” software licensing to its current agreement with CareDx Transplant Management, Inc., Background The SUNY-DHSU transplant department required an upgrade to its existing electronic database system to organize and store end stage renal disease patient information. The solution was required for support of documentation of clinical outcomes, patient safety, regulatory workflow, scheduling, quality and revenue enhancement. The referenced “mTilda” modules will serve SUNY DHSU’s Transplant service for the management of laboratory data for patients on transplant list and is absolutely crucial to the ongoing operation of the Transplant Unit.
