Library Switches

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids for Library Switches. The bid includes the provision of new, unused, and current model switches under standard production by the manufacturer, complete with standard equipment and accessories. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, licenses, and regulations. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's Online E-Procurement portal system (IonWave). • The bid must include adequate brochures, latest printed specifications, and advertising literature describing the product offered. • The City has a "No Gift" standard, and all suppliers must abide by this standard. • The City is exempt from sales tax and certain other use taxes. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a written acknowledgement of a promised ship date and freight carrier. • The City reserves the right to make awards based on the entire bid or on an item-by-item basis.
