Description
The County of Miami‑Dade is seeking a qualified contractor to execute runway modification work supporting the new passenger boarding bridge at Cruise Terminal E. The scope includes placing a new cast‑in‑place concrete slab between existing runways, applying asphalt and concrete overlays at the east end of Runway 1, and a concrete overlay around the storm bollard on Runway 3. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, meet recent experience requirements, and adhere to higher marine‑work insurance limits. The project is budgeted at approximately $880 K, with a 252‑day construction schedule commencing late April 2026.
