Annual Preventative Maintenance Laboratory Equipment

The US Army Yuma Proving Ground is seeking information from contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and on-demand maintenance/repairs for various laboratory equipment, including NexIon ICP-MS, PolyScience WhisperCool Chiller, Oil Express 4 System Autosampler and FT-IR, TurboMatrix 40 Headspace Sampler, Clarus 680 GC, Clarus 580 GC, and Clarus 500 GC. The contractor will be responsible for providing OEM parts and latest software updates, and providing a report at the end of all maintenance actions. The contract will be for one base year and two option years. • The contractor must have experience in providing maintenance and repair services for laboratory equipment. • The contractor must have the necessary certifications and training to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to provide OEM parts and latest software updates. • The contractor must be able to provide a report at the end of all maintenance actions. • The contract will be for one base year and two option years.
