Norton Street Improvment Project

The City of Oroville is seeking bids for the Norton Street Improvement Project, which includes full depth reclamation of Norton Street from Bridge Street to Montgomery Street, construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pedestrian ramps, and other improvements.
