The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of a contract from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The contract, which was originally awarded to Optimal Link LLC, includes the exercise of Option Period 1 and an updated period of performance. The terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, except as noted.
