Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

Based on comparable 69 kV transmission line crossing projects in Texas, total contract values typically range from $2 million for a straightforward pole‑and‑conductor installation to $5 million when extensive foundation work, removal of existing structures, and contingency allowances are included. The estimate accounts for material costs (steel poles, insulators, conductors), labor, mobilization/demobilization, permitting, and the 20 % contingency stipulated in the RFB. Geographic location (Bryan, TX) and the relatively short timeline (≈ 7 weeks) also suggest a mid‑range budget.
