The Western Virginia Water Authority (WVWA) is seeking sealed‑hard‑copy bids to supply four bulk water‑treatment chemicals—Calcium Hypochlorite (granular & tablets), Ferric Chloride, Sodium Bisulfite, and Sodium Hypochlorite—for a one‑year period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with an optional renewal for a second year. Vendors must meet ANSI/NSF 60 certification, provide detailed certificates of analysis, guarantee delivery within 48 hours of order (or 30 days for calcium hypochlorite), and supply annual product‑safety training for WVWA personnel.
