The State of Alabama is seeking a single‑award, lowest‑price‑bid contract for a turn‑key 20‑foot aluminum survey boat package (SeaArk Phantom 20XV or equivalent) including a Suzuki DF150‑ATX5 motor, a Marine Master trailer, and a full suite of out‑board electronics (live‑well, hydraulic steering, Garmin Echomap, batteries, bimini top, etc.). Bids must be submitted through the Alabama Buys portal by the close date, be “all‑or‑none,” and meet strict warranty, freight (FOB destination), and new‑equipment requirements. The vendor must provide complete technical literature for any alternates and be prepared for possible on‑site inspection at no cost to the State. • Provide a brand‑new, NMMA‑certified 20‑ft aluminum boat meeting detailed hull, deck, and equipment specifications. • Supply a 150‑hp Suzuki motor (or equivalent) with a five‑year warranty, a fully equipped trailer, and all listed electronics (live‑well, steering, GPS/sonar, lighting, etc.). • Include freight to the Alabama WFF District IV Office (or arrange vendor pickup within Alabama) and a minimum 12‑month warranty covering parts, labor, and freight.
