CHFS DPH-Collection Filter Paper for Newborn Screening Cards

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the provision of collection filter paper for newborn screening cards. The filter paper is used to capture blood specimens from a heel stick on every baby born in Kentucky. The successful bidder will be required to provide 300,000 units of the filter paper. The bid price must include delivery costs. The Statement of Work (SOW) specifications are included in the attachments.
