RFB 2025-26-004 2025 December Adverse Weather Emergency Sewer Repairs

The City of Hesperia is seeking bids for emergency sewer repairs due to adverse weather conditions. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for earthwork, grading, export and/or import and placement of material, sewer pipe replacement, restoration of roadway and shoulder grade, furnishing and installation of aggregate base and new asphalt pavement, and all appurtenant work related to a project of this type. A mandatory pre-bid field meeting will be held on January 8, 2026. All questions related to this project must be submitted prior to January 9, 2026. • The project requires adherence to California Labor Code requirements, including employment of apprentices, minimum wages, travel and subsistence pay, retention and inspection of payroll records, workers' compensation, and payment of prevailing wages. • The City reserves the right to modify and/or suspend any and all aspects of the RFQ, to obtain further information from any Bidder responding to this RFQ, and to reject any and all responses to the RFQ. • The Bidder shall supply all materials, equipment, tools, and facilities required to perform the work, unless otherwise agreed. • The Bidder shall maintain insurance with minimum limits of $2 million per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage.
