Description
The State of Alabama is soliciting quotes for a sole source contract. The solicitation includes standard terms and conditions for quick quotes, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The state reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization and professional licenses. The state also reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The state is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The state reserves the right to cancel the contract for justifiable cause.
• Suppliers must not be engaged in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the state can enjoy open trade.
