Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, is seeking letters of interest from prime contractors for a potential design-bid-build construction project to construct a Munitions Maintenance and Inspections Facility and expand an existing Munitions Cube Storage at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The project includes the construction of a one-story building with a fire alarm and suppression system, communication infrastructure, and a pressurized air system. The facility will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years and will include energy efficiencies, building envelope, and integrated building systems performance. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $10M and $25M. Interested prime contractors should submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in similar work, bonding capability, and UEI/CAGE CODE.
