W.M. Schultz Construction, Inc. (Schultz), bidding as a prime contractor, welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for the following project:
Village of Monticello, Water System Improvements – Phase 1, Contract No. 4G, General Construction

Summary of Work:
-The Project consists of constructing a new raw water intake and pumping facilities, chemical storage and feed systems, and finished water pumping, clear well, and new SCADA system. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The final Drawings and Specifications, construction Contract Documents, Bidding Documents, procurement documents, and any other final design phase deliverables, comply with all applicable federal requirements including the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA)
Contractors are required to provide proof of registration with NYSDOL as required by Labor Law Section 220-I.
