Description
This solicitation is a Time‑and‑Materials contract for the Maryland Transit Administration’s light‑rail fleet of cranes, lifts, and hoists. The contractor will provide preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and 24/7 on‑call emergency repair services for the complete inventory located at the North Avenue and Cromwell Mechanical Shops. All work must meet the latest OSHA 1910, ASME, ANSI B30, CMAA, and NEC standards and include detailed inspection documentation for each unit.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on aerial lifts, cranes, and hoists.
• Conduct annual inspections of every piece of equipment at both shop locations.
• Provide 24/7 emergency repair response as needed.
• Deliver inspection reports that comply with OSHA, ASME, ANSI B30, CMAA, and NEC regulations.
• Supply all labor, parts, and materials on a time‑and‑materials basis.
• Manage documentation and sign‑off procedures for both MTA and contractor.
