UV Dual Lamp System for Xenon RC-800 Modular UV Curing System

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a UV Dual Lamp System for Xenon RC-800 Modular UV Curing System. The system should be an integrated pulsed UV light system that can be used to treat foodborne pathogens on food production lines. The specifications for the UV Dual Lamp System include a versatile two-lamp system, 2 U-shaped lamps that are 12” in length, lamps with a pulse energy of 13-15 joules/pulse, and a system that can adjust from 3-100 pulses/second. The system should also have a configuration to run two lamps off of one controller, an adjustable timer, and a high voltage power supply for 24 V. Technical support for installation and operation is also required. • The system should meet or be equivalent to the Xenon RC-802 dual-lamp system. • The system should be delivered within 60 days from the date of award. • The offeror should provide pricing for all items. • The award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.
