Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide aviation fuel, fuel trucks, operators, and standby fuel services for the FY26 Joint Base Charleston Air Show. The period of performance is from 29 April to 04 May 2026, and the hours of operation are 0900-2200. The contractor will be responsible for tracking and invoicing only for the gallons of fuel used.
• The contractor must provide AVGAS 100LL and JET A fuel.
• The contractor must provide fuel trucks and operators.
• The contractor must provide standby fuel services.
• The contractor must remove all unused fuel by the end of the show.
• The contractor must track and invoice only for the gallons of fuel used.
