The conveyor must be a 60‑ft tow‑type unit with a 20‑ft loading height, diesel‑engine drive, hydraulic lift, and complete accessories (hitch, brakes, lighting, manuals). Delivery must occur within 180 calendar days of order receipt to the Pocatello yard, with a minimum one‑year/500‑hour warranty and strict acceptance and corrective‑action timelines. The bid must be submitted electronically via IPRO by the specified deadline, include cost schedules, product compliance sheets, insurance certificates, and any trade‑secret redactions.
