Lighting Replacement at Hangar Deck; accomplish

The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to replace lighting at the hangar deck of the USS New Orleans (LPD-18) in Sasebo, Japan. The contract will be awarded to a responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The contractor must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. The contract is expected to be performed between 22 Oct 2026 and 30 Jan 2027. • The contractor must provide and maintain a quality management system acceptable to the Government. • The contractor must comply with applicable provisions of laws and regulations in Japan. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a price breakdown, technical information, and other required documents. • The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042. • The contractor must have an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region.
