Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) Services for WRF Reject Tank

The City of Bradenton is seeking a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the installation of a 3 million gallon wastewater reject tank and associated pumps, piping, electrical, and controls. The CMAR will be responsible for coordinating with the City's selected design consultant and ensuring that the project is completed within the budget and schedule limitations. The project is partially funded by a FDEP Resiliency Grant with an expiration date of June 30, 2028. Key responsibilities of the CMAR include providing complete CMAR services, maintaining flow through components being remediated, and ensuring compliance with design documents and permitting coordination. • The CMAR will provide pre-construction phase services, including furnishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for construction phase services. • The CMAR will enter into a contract with the City for pre-construction services and may be amended to include construction phase services. • The CMAR will provide construction phase services, including overall project schedule, construction supervision, and administration services. • The CMAR will ensure compliance with design documents and permitting coordination. • The CMAR will maintain flow through components being remediated as part of the project.
