PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SUBCONTRACTORS-NCMA Hanes House Gallery and Grounds Renovation

The North Carolina Museum of Art Winston-Salem is seeking to pre-qualify subcontractors for the NCMA Hanes House Gallery and Grounds Renovation project. The project includes approximately 112,795 SF of renovation and expansion of the existing NCMA Hanes House, Gallery, and Grounds. This will be a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements; upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems; rework of the existing civil and utility connections; and landscaping, life-safety improvements, and building envelope repairs.
