Description
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a qualified civil‑engineering firm to provide design and construction‑support services for the Etiwanda Creek Bridges Project. The consultant will manage project administration, perform permitting, conduct extensive investigations (topographic, geotechnical, hydrologic, traffic), develop preliminary through final design plans, prepare specifications, estimates, and provide on‑site construction support including submittal reviews, RFIs, and as‑built documentation. The effort is expected to span roughly 120 working days (about six months) with a firm‑fixed price submitted via the City’s Planet Bids portal.
• Deliver full civil design packages (preliminary, 70 %, 90 %, 100 % plans) and accompanying specifications.
• Conduct all required permitting, environmental, and utility coordination (e.g., Army Corps, County Flood Control).
• Provide ongoing construction‑phase support: submittal review, RFIs, site inspections, and as‑built deliverables.
• Submit line‑item pricing in the electronic system; no paper copies accepted.
