Description
The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS) is seeking to establish up to 3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the rental, delivery, and servicing of portable sanitation equipment, including standard single-occupancy portable chemical toilets, multi-stall luxury restroom trailers, and free-standing portable hand wash stations. The service component includes daily pumping of waste, cleaning/sanitizing units, and restocking of supplies. All products and services will be ordered on an as-needed basis via Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Call Orders issued against the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
• The equipment will be used to support the 36 Wing at Andesern AFB and surrounding areas.
• The contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the purchase order, be responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point specified in the purchase order, and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
• The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
