Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the installation of a hydronic boiler for uninterrupted service to the Governor's Mansion. The project requires the installation of a boiler in the Cultural Center on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 22, 2026, at 9:00 am. Vendors must attend this meeting to be considered for the contract. The project is expected to be completed within 135 days of the notice to proceed.
• The boiler must be installed in accordance with the attached specifications, project manual, and drawings.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the State of West Virginia.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The vendor must provide a signed drug-free workplace affidavit with the bid.
• The vendor must use the provided solicitation form and submit the bid prior to the bid opening date and time.
