Description
The City of Decatur is seeking bids for the installation of a silicone roof coating on the Oakhurst Recreation Center. The project includes cleaning and preparing the existing single-ply roof, repairing open seams, applying a gray silicone base coat, and covering joints and seams with sealant. The contractor must provide a 25-year manufacturer's warranty. The project is expected to be completed within 60 days of the notice to proceed.
