Linden Street/North Washington Avenue Streetscape

The City of Scranton is seeking separate sealed bids for the Linden Street/North Washington Avenue Streetscape project. The project includes improvements to Adams Avenue from Biden Street to Linden Street, the intersection of Linden Street and Adams Avenue, and Linden Street from Adams Avenue to North Washington Street, as well as North Washington Street from Linden Street to Vine Street. The work will be subject to the terms of a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit, and access to adjoining properties must be maintained at all times. • The project includes streetscape improvements • The contractor will be required to enter into a contract that will remain in effect until the satisfactory completion of the project • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and bonds as required by the City • The contractor must submit a completed Public Works Employment Verification Form prior to entering into the contract
