Bulk Water/Fuel Disposal Services

The US Air Force is seeking capable sources to provide bulk water and fuel disposal services at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina. The services required include collection and removal of contaminated water and petroleum products, transportation of hazardous materials, and proper disposal or recycling of collected materials. The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement, which should include company information, a brief description of their capabilities, and specific examples of relevant past performance. • The estimated annual quantity of materials to be collected and removed is 12,000 gallons. • The contractor must provide suitable transportation vehicles that meet all federal, state, and local Department of Transportation regulations. • The contractor must properly dispose of or recycle all collected materials at a licensed and certified treatment, storage, and disposal facility. • The contractor must provide complete documentation for the chain of custody, including manifests, weight tickets, and certificates of disposal or recycling. • The contractor must have the capability to provide emergent, on-call services for spill response and urgent disposal needs within a specified timeframe.
